K. Sano was a student of Tachikawa High School (Tokyo) 東京都立立川高等学校) who joined our lab as the first fellow of TUAT-JST-GIYSE Program (2018-2020). エアロゾル学会・高橋幹二賞 TAKAHASHI AWARD (Aerosol Sci. & Tech., Japan) “Deposition of submicron aerosols by a closed-loop flow system” 閉ループ式エアロゾル流によるサブミクロン粒子の沈着

本論文で示された知見により、沈着効率が悪い従来法に代わって本手法を気液界面細胞曝露に応用できれば有用である。The method presented here may potentially be applied for the deposition and analysis of submicron particles on various types of substrate (i.e. air-liquid interface) without the need for vacuum imaging analysis (e.g. electron microscopy).

卒業生が開発した、機械学習で”摩擦学”アプリ Alumni: A machine learning “Tribology” app.

Note: 開発者の卒論のテーマは植物由来原料を添加した燃焼合成法による二次電池用粉末の合成でした。英国の大学院に進学し、「摩擦」研究者になりました。The subject of the developer’s bachelor thesis was the synthesis of powders for rechargeable batteries by combustion synthesis using plant-based materials. She went to postgraduate school in the UK and became a ‘friction’ researcher.

当研究室の卒業生はコア研究者として関わりました。国立パジャジャラン大学(UnPad)の研究者による学際的なグループ(ナノテクノロジーセンター (PrintG)、大学病院、分子生物研究所)は、RNA抽出キットの構成要素としてビーズ「NanoMag PrintG」を実験室レベルで作製した。ビーズはシリカで被覆されたFe304磁性粒子から作られており、RNA SARS-CoV-2(新型コロナウイルス)を結合できることが示されている(PCR検査に使用)。ビーズは国産原料を使用して開発した。Tempo(インドネシアの週刊誌(1971年創刊)のホームページより。西ジャワ州の知事の写真付き) A multidisciplinary group of researchers at Universitas Padjadjaran (UnPad): Research Center for Nanotechnology and Graphene (PrintG) in collaboration with UnPad Hospital and Molecular Biology Lab created “NanoMag PrintG” beads as a component of the RNA extraction kit on a laboratory scale. 1-2 Sept: Wuled Lenggoro attended the Padjadjaran International Physics Symposium 2015 (PIPS 2015), He was also a member of Advisory Boards. Dr. Pramujo Widiatmoko (ITB, our lab’s alumnus) was also the presenter. 3rd JAPAN POWDER FORUM was also held in the same venue (Main Building of Universitas Padjadjaran, a national university in West-Jawa, Indonesia)
