鹿島建設（エンジニアリング本部） 学生時代の研究テーマはPM2.5等のエアロゾルの生成メカニズム（火力発電所を想定した気相から固体粒子への転換）でした。鹿島建設では、水処理のエキスパートになり、2020年からはバイオ医薬品原薬製造施設改造プロジェクト・設計責任者。As a student, she studied aerosols (conversion of gas-to-particles). Now, she is an expert of water-treatment, and in 2020 becomes Head of Design for a project (Biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility) at Kajima Corporation, which is one of the oldest and largest construction companies in the world.

Her message ・・・私が担当しているのは、医薬品や化粧品などのメーカーが製品を生産するための水処理設備を設計・施工すること。一般的には、プラントエンジニアと呼ばれる仕事です。学生時代は化学（化学工学）の勉強をしていたため、建築の設計図を見るのも建築現場に入るのも、入社して初めて経験しました。建築の基本、CADの使い方や工程管理の方法などは、入社後の研修でみっちりと指導を受けましたね。I am responsible for designing and constructing water treatment facilities for manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and other products to produce their products. This job is commonly referred to as a plant engineer. I studied chemistry (chemical engineering) when I was a student, so this was my first experience of looking at architectural blueprints and entering a construction site when I joined the company. During my post-employment training, I received thorough instruction on the basics of construction, such as how to use CAD and process control.
