本研究は、電気流体力学的手法である静電噴霧法と静電紡糸法を用いた酵素の固定化法の開発を目指したものである。高分子ナノファイバーへの酵素の含有率を従来法と比べ大幅に増加させることに成功した。生体触媒としての酵素の固定化に複合的手法を用いた研究は本研究が初めてである。
