当研究室博士修了生（プトラ・マレーシア大学のナイム准教授）のチームが、世界初「地域密着型揚げ物」の自動販売機を開発しました。

地元の街角の揚げ物に関連する自家製の地元の揚げ物珍味について研究を行ってきました。配合される食品調理の工程と熱伝達率の制御を行い、効果的な揚げ物自動販売機が製造できました。

A team of Associate Professor Nazli Naim, Universiti Putra Malaysia has developed the world’s first “community-based deep-fried food” vending machine. Research has been conducted on homemade local fried delicacies associated with local corner fried foods. By controlling the food preparation process and heat transfer rate, it was possible to manufacture an effective fried food vending machine.
