July 16, Article on KotobukiGiken, Chugoku-Shinbun 「産学連携で粒子量産, ナノテク, 来年２月広島大・コトブキ技研が 国内初」 中国新聞（2002年7月16日）記事「産学連携で粒子量産」： 化 学機械製造業のコトブキ技研工業（呉市）と広島大 学が共同開発する、 金属などの粉を数ナノの大きさで連続生産する装置が来年二月にも完成する見通しとなった。 ナノ粒子を工場で量産できる装置は国内で初めて。

「CVDプロセスで発生する パーティクルの計測とクリーン化」がSTARCの2000年 度共同研究テーマに選ばれました。 STARC(Semiconductor Technology Academic Research Center) は(株)半導体理工学研究センターで、日本の半導体会社１１社が投資した会社。| =Particle Measurement and Clean Technology in CVD Process= was selected as STARC project, 1999-2000.
Bin Xia (from Dept. of Chemistry, Peking Univ.) joined as JSPS Postdoc Fellow.
